Our client, a well-regarded ASX-listed gold producer, is seeking an experienced Plant Metallurgist to join their team in Western Australia. Ext Perth FIFO  8:6 roster ;

Job Requirements: 

  • Relevant tertiary degree in Metallurgy;
  • Sound knowledge of process technologies and equipment;
  • Knowledge of metallurgical test and survey procedures;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Position Duties:

  • Ensure the treatment plant is operated in accordance with task instructions and operational parameters;
  • Contribute to achieving budgeted production performance, including tonnes treated, gold produced and plant recovery;
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to the Process Operators and ongoing technical support to the Processing Department;
  • Oversee timely and accurate reporting of processing data;
  • Comply with all reporting requirements by ensuring that inspections and observation targets are met and documented;
Experience
Minimum 3 TO 4 years experience in Gold Processing Plants.
