Our client, an ASX-listed gold exploration and development company, is seeking a highly qualified Long Hole Driller to join their team. FIFO Ext Perth on14/14 Roster;
Job Requirements:
- Australian Manual Drivers Licence;
- National Police Clearance (issued within 12 months);
- Excellent operating skills & ability to work well in a team environment;
- Able to pass pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screen;
- Solid underground background;
- Strong emphasis on safe work practices;
- Hold valid working rights within Australia;
Position Duties:
- Accurately drill a series of long holes to a design pattern using a mechanised drill.
- Read and accurately follow mine instruction plans with skill and precision, ensuring holes are drilled to design line, gradient and profile.
- Set up and troubleshoot Longhole Drill rigs.
Experience
At least 2 year operating the long hole drill rigs,
