Our client, an ASX-listed gold exploration company based in Western Australia, boasts a substantial high-grade gold reserve. They are presently in search for Fixed Plant Fitter to join their Gold Project located within a prominent goldmining region. FIFO Perth Roster 8-6 or 14-14;
Job Requirements:
- Relevant trade qualification;
- Elevated work platform;
- Confined spaces;
- Working at heights;
- Forklift ticket;
- Experience working with Warman pumps;
Position Duties:
- Maintain a working knowledge of all task instructions and procedures and ensure that these are consistently adhered to when carrying out maintenance tasks;
- Demonstrate full compliance with the OHS and Environmental Management Systems by developing and participating in initiatives, toolbox meetings, investigations, training, assisting with the implementation/contributing to audits;
- Evaluate associated risks and hazards of each task before commencement to ensure a safe working environment and the utilisation of correct equipment;
- Report all safety hazards, environmental hazards, incidents, damage, breakdowns and potential plant or equipment stoppages;
- Complete all administrative processing requirements associated with maintenance duties - requisitioning of parts and materials, processing of maintenance orders, recording of labour time, etc
Experience
Minimum 3 Plus years experience in Gold Processing Plants.
