Our client, a well-established gold producer, developer, and explorer based in Perth, operates in Western Australia and is currently seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to join their team on a short-term contract (with potential for extension). This is a FIFO role from Perth on an 8/6 roster for couple months work ;
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and lead daily processing operations including crushing, milling, leaching, gold room, and tailings management;

Ensure gold recovery and site security protocols are maintained at all times;

Lead by example and foster a positive, productive team culture;

Train, mentor, and coordinate the shift crew to meet performance targets;

Champion safety on site – conduct incident investigations, daily pre-starts, and risk assessments;

Collaborate with leadership to support weekly planning and ensure plan compliance;
Position Duties:
- Valid National Police Clearance (issued within the last 12 months)
- Demonstrated leadership experience in gold or base metal processing environments;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proven commitment to safety, performance, and team development;
