SM18413 Exploration Geologist - Gold | Mining Employment Services

Our client, a well-funded and rapidly advancing gold exploration and development company, is seeking an experienced Exploration Geologist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in a project with a current resource of +1 Moz +3g/t Au, transitioning from exploration to mining within the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia.

About You

Proven experience in RC and Diamond drilling programs (essential)
Strong technical logging skills and sound geological understanding
Experience working within WA gold systems (essential)
Ability to work both independently and within a team in remote environments
Strong communication and organisational skills
A proactive attitude with a willingness to contribute to a growing operation

Position Duties:

Supervise and manage daily drilling activities across RC and Diamond programs;
Geological logging of drill chips and core to a high standard;
Ensure accurate sampling procedures and QA/QC protocols are followed;
Coordinate with drilling contractors to optimise productivity and performance;
Contribute to geological interpretation and assist with target generation;
Maintain clear and accurate data capture and reporting;
Support broader exploration activities as required;
