PC Gold said TM Gold Pty Ltd has agreed to acquire the three JSM Mining Pty Ltd leases located within the company’s Spring Hill project area near Pine Creek in the Northern Territory. The assets include ML30467, ML30719 and ML30722, covering about 43.5 hectares in total, along with water extraction licence L10021 and its licensed bore. PC Gold said no Mineral Resource or Ore Reserve has been reported on the acquired leases.
The company stated total consideration is A$6.5 million, comprising A$4.5 million cash from existing reserves and A$2 million in PC Gold shares. Completion is expected on or after 8 December 2026 and remains conditional on ministerial approval for the lease transfers.
Separately, TM Gold has lodged an application for Mining Lease 34541, covering approximately 443.15 hectares adjoining its existing Spring Hill leases. PC Gold said the application is subject to the Northern Territory approvals process and there is no certainty over whether, when or on what conditions it will be granted.
