Our client is seeking a Core Logging Geologist for a contract role at a Western Australian gold operation, commencing 1 December 2026. This role involves completing accurate geological logging of diamond drill core and collecting, compiling, and maintaining drilling data using geological logging software. The successful candidate will work closely with the site geology team and report to the Senior Geologist. This position operates FIFO from Perth on an 8/6 roster.
The role

About you
- Tertiary qualifications in Geology.
- At least two years’ diamond core logging experience, preferably in WA gold.
- Experience using geological logging software.
- Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
