This contract opportunity offers a hands-on role leading operators and supporting the safe, efficient performance of a gold processing plant. It could suit an established Process Supervisor or an experienced Senior Operator or Leading Hand with the required statutory qualification.

What you will be doing
- Lead Process Operators to deliver safe, efficient day-to-day plant operations
- Oversee crushing, milling, CIL/CIP and thickening circuits
- Monitor plant performance and help the team achieve production targets
- Troubleshoot process issues and respond effectively to plant upsets
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Metallurgy to support plant reliability
- Lead pre-starts, toolbox meetings, shift handovers and operator development
- Complete operational reporting and promote a strong, practical safety culture
What you will bring
- Current Schedule 26 statutory supervisor qualification - essential
- At least three years' experience in gold processing operations
- Previous experience as a Process Supervisor, Senior Process Operator or Leading Hand
- Working knowledge of crushing, milling, CIL/CIP and thickening circuits
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Current Australian driver's licence and the ability to complete a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
