Our client is currently seeking an experienced Roofing Plumber for a short-term engagement of approximately 2 weeks at this stage. FIFO Perth.
This is a great opportunity for a qualified Roofing Plumber who is available immediately and looking for a short-term project.
The Role
The successful candidate will assist with roofing plumbing works, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out roofing plumbing installations, repairs and maintenance;
- Install and maintain roof drainage systems, including gutters, downpipes and stormwater systems;
- Install, repair and replace roof flashings, valleys and other roofing components;
- Identify and repair leaks and water ingress issues;
- Read and interpret plans, drawings and job specifications;
- Measure, cut and install roofing materials accurately;
- Complete work to a high standard and in accordance with relevant safety requirements;
- Conduct inspections and identify potential roofing and plumbing issues;
- Maintain a clean and safe work area;
- Work safely at heights and follow all site safety procedures;
- Work effectively with other trades and site personnel.
About You:
- Qualified and experienced Roofing Plumber;
- Previous roofing plumbing experience;
- Strong understanding of roofing and plumbing works;
- Ability to work safely and effectively as part of a team;
- Good attention to detail and quality workmanship;
- Reliable and available for the full 2-week engagement;
- Australian working rights;
- Able to meet site requirements, including any required medical or drug & alcohol screening.
