Our client, a leading explorer, developer, and operator in the gold mining industry, is seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to join their team at a prominent gold operation in Western Australia, FIFO Perth Roster 8:6,
Requirements:
- Manual C class driver’s license;
- EWP, First Aid and Forklift tickets are desirable;
- Working At Heights and Confirmed Space Ticket;
- An understanding of distributed process control system applications and plant automation;
- OH&S and environmental practice awareness promotion.
Position Duties:
- Monitor, control and operate processing circuits of the processing plant, including multi-stage crushing circuits, grinding, CIL, gravity and electro-winning circuits, gold room, tails storage facility, and water systems;
- Data collection and maintain accurate data entry logs;
- Establish effective working relationships with metallurgy and maintenance personnel to achieve high plant reliability and production targets;
- Conduct workplace inspections;
- Maintain the day to day running of the Gold room to ensure the smooth and continual elution and stripping process is always maintained;
Experience
5+ years Shift Supervisor gold process plant experience;
