Expat opportunity for an experienced Crusher Supervisor / Operator to maintain and service a mobile Terex crushing circuit consisting of:TEREX Jaw Crusher JS3054, K2 TEREX Cone Crusher MVP450X, K2 TEREX Screen TSH8203-38, Various Mobile Conveyors, MAC Plant to support components and Dust Suppression System
You will also have experience with SAG milling and be able to demonstrate competency in this area
Operations will include but not be limited to:
Ensure prestart checks are completed each shift
Daily operations of Circuit
Daily checks/logsheets in accordance with standard procedures for Crushing Equipment
Adjusting and record daily the crushers closed side settings to proper measurement.
Housekeeping to required standards
Ensure guarding and barricading is maintained
Knowledge of sizes of screens to keep the product in specifications
Ensure all buildings and workshops are kept clean and in good condition
Maintenance will include but not be limited to:
All Maintenance checks and PM's to be carried out as per schedule
Conveyor Belt changes
Crusher liner changes on both Jaw crusher and Cone Crusher.
Screen changes and maintenance
Bearing changes and maintenance
Drive belt changes and maintenance
Screen gate configurations to accomplish different products.
Cleaning and greasing all equipment related to the mobile crushers and conveyors as per schedule.
Daily checks of Caterpillar C27 or C32 diesel generators.
Knowledge of all tools necessary to complete any given task.

Welding
Standard PM's associated with all the above equipment
This is a FIFO role on a 6/3 rotation with business class flights
