MES is currently searching for an experienced Metallurgy Superintendent to join our client's operation.
You will be a highly driven, technical manager capable of getting the best out of your team of expats and nationals.As a high performer, you will be able to drive the plant optimisation and ensure that the plant delivers the correct concentrate grade and specification.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• Tertiary qualification in Metallurgy and/or Process Engineering;• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role• Plant start-up and commissioning experience highly desirable;• Flotation and classification experience• Team builder• Previous experience working in developing countries well regarded
