Our client, a mineral sands miner and the only titanium dioxide pigment producer in Australia is seeking an experienced Contract Specialist to join their team in one of Perth's southern suburbs.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in the areas of engineering/maintenance, equipment hire and logistics services contracts;
- Good understanding of supplier market;
- Good understanding & skills of WRT stakeholder management and engagement;
- Good commercial acumen;
- Ability to work autonomously;
- Competent using MS Word & Excel.
Position Duties:
- Send scope of work to the market via relevant contract management system;
- Negotiate and draft contracts;
- Develop recommendations and supporting documents;
- Use established commercial practices to ensure successful delivery of all contracted services;
- Establish and maintain sound working relationships through effective liaison with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
