Mining Employment Services is currently seeking an Exploration Manager to head up our Clients extremely successful gold exploration project in Africa.
Our client generates significant cash from quality gold projects in Australia and is looking to add this project to its gold production stream in 4 to 5 yrs.
Reporting to the CEO, the Exploration Manager will take ownership of the management of African-based exploration activities, whilst providing strong leadership and technical support to the exploration team. You will lead the development of technically excellent and efficient work programmes focussed on adding to the Company’s Reserve and Resource base through discovery, extension and delineation of high-value gold deposits that meet the company’s strategic objectives.
