MES is currently seeking suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill a Contract Underground Shift Supervisor position.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide leadership and maintain a safe sustainable environment, ensuring efficient work practices while complying with company policies and procedures to achieve planned targets.
You will report to the Underground Mine Foreman on a 2/1 roster.
The successful candidate should possess the following:
Senior First Aid Ticket (essential)
Manual Drivers Licence (essential);
Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment;
Underground Supervisor's certificate;
ER Training/Competency
Jumbo drill, I.T Carrier, LHD Competencies;
Explosive Licence (chargehand)
